Makeup Application Extended Travel

As a dedicated travel makeup artist, I am delighted to offer services beyond Clarksville, including Nashville, Memphis, Atlanta, New Orleans, and other destinations. Please review the following to understand all expectations and costs.

  1. Initial Inquiry: Contact me at least 3-4 weeks before your event for any extended travel. This allows time for coordination of flights, hotels, and logistics.

  2. Custom Quote: I will provide a detailed custom quote. This will include round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation. Please note: all flight and hotel arrangements will be booked by me once you approve the quote, and all travel fees must be paid in full prior to booking.

  3. Daily Fee: In addition to travel, a daily fee will apply for each day I am on location. This fee ranges between $500 and $800 per day, depending on the scope of the event and duration. This fee covers my availability, prep time, and on-site coordination.

  4. Ground Transportation: If a car service or rental is required, this will be added to your quote. I will coordinate all transport from the hotel to the event location. If self-driving is required, mileage will be calculated and added.

  5. Bag Fees & Equipment: If airline bag fees apply (due to makeup kits and tools), these will be an additional cost. I will provide a breakdown in the quote so you know exactly what will be added.

  6. Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the booking. Once travel is arranged, the full balance of all fees (including travel and daily rates) must be paid before departure.

  7. Cancellations: If the client cancels after travel is booked, all travel fees are non-refundable. Any rescheduling must be approved at least 14 days prior.

  8. Logistics & Expectations: I will confirm all timelines, including arrival, setup, and event departure. Should any flight delays occur, I will promptly communicate. Ground transportation and logistics will be arranged by me, so you only have to relax and enjoy your day.
