Makeup Application Policy & Guidelines

1. Time Commitment
Please plan for a total of 2.5 hours: 30 minutes for setup, 1.5 hours for makeup application, and 30 minutes for teardown. While the total may vary depending on your look, we recommend planning for the full time to ensure we’re not rushed.

2. Deposit
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your appointment. This retainer is transferable once if you reschedule (with at least 72 hours’ notice). After one transfer, a new retainer is required. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the retainer. After multiple no-shows, we may block future bookings.

3. Skin Prep Recommendations
For best results, arrive with clean, fully shaped brows. We do not offer brow removal. If you have noticeable facial hair (e.g., above the lip), we recommend a facial or dermaplaning 24 to 48 hours before your appointment.

4. Travel Details
As a traveling makeup artist, I come to your location. Please provide a well-lit area with a flat table and a comfortable chair (I bring my ring light and equipment). Plan for 30 minutes of setup and teardown plus the makeup time. No children or pets should be present during the service.

5. Duration
The makeup application will take about 1.5 hours, but we account for setup and teardown, so plan for 2.5 hours total.
