1. Content Creation

• All content will be thoughtfully created to align with my brand and aesthetic.

• Deliverables will be clearly outlined prior to the start of the collaboration.

• I retain creative control to ensure authenticity and engagement with my audience.

2. Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days unless otherwise agreed.

• Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

3. Usage Rights & Licensing

• Content is for organic reposting only unless stated otherwise.

• Paid usage, whitelisting, or ad permissions require a separate licensing fee.

• Raw/unedited content is not provided unless included in the agreed package.

4. FTC Compliance

• All sponsored content will be properly disclosed using tags like #ad, #sponsored, or “Paid Partnership.”

• I will also tag your brand’s official handle in relevant posts/stories.

5. Product Requirements

• For product-based collaborations, items must be shipped and received at least 7 days prior to the content deadline.

• Products must be in usable condition and match the agreed-upon deliverables.

6. Revisions

• One round of caption or visual edits (if applicable) is included.

• Additional edits are subject to a fee.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other terms are agreed upon.

• For paid collaborations, a 50% deposit may be required to secure the project.
